Your Design Could be on the Official 2010 Run-as-One T-shirt!
As many of you know, the 8th annual Thomas G. Labrecque Foundation Run-as-One event in Central Park is fast approaching. This year, we’ve decided to add an exciting new twist to our most popular event. Since we know we’ve got some extremely talented supporters out there, we thought we would open it up to all of you to design our official event t-shirt! This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills and show us what inspires you.
We’ll be choosing a winning design that will be printed as the official 2010 Run-as-One t-shirt and distributed to thousands of runners at the event in April. The winner will receive 10 free t-shirts with their winning design, special recognition on the Foundation website and at the awards ceremony after the race, and one Guaranteed Entry in the 2010 ING New York City Marathon as a member of Team Labrecque. This marathon is one of the most highly sought after running events in the world!
Contest Rules and Guidelines
- Your design should be appropriate for a unisex t-shirt and should reflect the mission or spirit of the Thomas G. Labrecque Foundation.
- When designing, please make room for a small New York Road Runners logo that will be placed on the back of the shirt just below the collar. Otherwise, you have free reign!
- All designs must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on Monday, February 22, 2010 in order to be considered. A decision will be announced on Monday, March 1, 2010.
- Email your submissions to tglf@tglfoundation.com with the subject line “2010 T-Shirt Contest.” Your email should include an attachment of your design (preferably in jpeg, gif or pdf format) as well as your email address and phone number so we can contact you if you win!
- The Foundation reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the winning design during the printing and production process. Please note that if your design is chosen, the final version will be owned by the Thomas G. Labrecque Foundation.
